Who We Are

Reach for Change is a quickly growing global non-profit organization founded by the Kinnevik Group and Sara Damber to improve lives for children. We find and help passionate social entrepreneurs develop innovative solutions that make the world better for children. We launched in Sweden in 2010 and are supporting more than 600 social entrepreneurs across 18 countries.

Who You Are

We believe you have a strong passion when it comes to improving the world for children and social entrepreneurship. As a person, you are thorough, have strong project management skills and are an interest in communication and working with diverse cultures. Some of your key skills are the ability to think strategically, to work independently and to have research capabilities. You don’t hesitate to take initiative, are proactive, as well as like having many different projects to juggle at the same time. You care about the quality of your work and you have an entrepreneurial problem solving go-getter mindset. Knowledge within/an interest in IT is preferable.

What we can offer

This is a varied and demanding role with focus on HR work which includes tasks related to organizational and strategic development, team development and recognition, event coordination and office and procurement. You will be working directly with the HR & Legal Director and from time to time for the CEO and Deputy CEO. You will also get to participate in the in-person meetings of the global leadership team. We hope you…

● Are a student or graduate of psychology; business administration; entrepreneurship; political science; international relations; development studies; or similar. Either at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.

● Have great proficiency in English – the language we use for most of our communication.

● Are connected to a university where the internship is part of your education plan. This is an unpaid position, however it’s very important to us that you are receiving funds from a third party (CSN or other source of income).
